did the ground move for you too?

little earthquake, just a surprise

Talking on the phone to Hanarobi, and we had a definite rumble and roll only a 2.7 Richter. My house is directly between the center of the quake and the SF Bay on this map: http://pasadena.wr.usgs.gov/shake/ca/STORE/X40200208/ciim_display.html

Maybe the fact that I had some handmade linguini with Parmesan, semi-successful peach crisp and two whole glasses of wine made me less nervous, whee!

It was leetle. t'husband didn't even feel it, he was playing a game and talking online.

how small an earthquake can you feel?

My mom used to live out in Cali and now here in CT she tells me occasionally she feels a little tremor. I've never felt a thing but then I also don't know what to feel for. Can you detect itty bitty ones too? Is my mom insane that she thinks she feels earthquakes in New England?
