b) there have been no deaths outside of Mexico, at this point
c) my tame scientist says that there are probably a lot of infected people in Mexico who have not reported symptoms, so even if there is a death rate of 0.01%, that's enough to explain the numbers
d) wash your hands, a lot. If you work with kids, make them wash their hands
