Lotripper

I'm happy that my teriyaki chicken came out tasty, along with the Dramatically Seared Green Beans with Garlic and Chile. I tend to rather plain cooking, so it was nice to break out a little. Teenboy is reading recipes, he claims to be an excellent cook. I'm willing to let him try, at least.

Also: I am finally getting the hang of making kidlet's Ballet Bun. She's got such thick hair (both thick strands and many of them) that it's a bit of a struggle to tame it. Nutcracker this weekend!

And finally, my seasonal icon. absolutefiction put the menorah on, but Viggo really did do two photos in drag. This one cracks me up every time.
