I'm calling this "Sleep Debt Repayment Day"

I finally slept through the night, about 11:30 to 7:15.

I had a two hour nap after I got the kids off to school.

Work was awful, I kept zoning out.

So I had a little lie-down. For three or four hours.

Am I awake now? I'm not sure.

I love days like that; we all need them occasionally. I find I have to do that after several days of running on empty. I literally can't get out of bed. Hope it helped!
