It seems the Montreal Canadiens are not, in fact, celebrating their 100th season. If they were, how could their CH logo have been worn in the mythological time of Middle Earth, beneath the battle garments of Aragorn in Lord of the Rings?
Ask the future king of Gondor himself.
"The classic white, beat-up Canadiens T-shirt I wore under Aragorn's clothes gave me just a little more power with the sword," says actor Viggo Mortensen, who played the lead role in the film adaptations of J. R. R. Tolkien's classic tale.
